Returns Policy:
We are proud of the collection of items sold by The Hamptons England, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
The majority of the pieces we sell are bespoke, made to order pieces, and so can only be returned if they are delivered faulty. If this is the case, you must inform the delivery driver, to ensure a note is made on their documentation, and you must immediately contact The Hamptons by email.
If you are not entirely happy with a purchase of a non-bespoke item, you can return it for a replacement or refund. All that we ask is that the item be returned to us within 7-days, unused, unopened, in it’s original packaging and with it’s original documentation.
Making the Return:
For all returns, except in the case of faulty items, you are required to arrange and pay for the returning of the item(s) to us. We can arrange for the products to be collected from you, but this will be charged to you, and subtracted from any refund. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the cost of postage, when the item returned is faulty.
To return products please DO NOT fill in the reverse of any documentation you have received, instead please email support@thehamptonsengland.com and a returns form will be emailed to you, along with the address the return should be made to. You should indicate on the form, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund of a replacement. You should then place the products into the delivery packaging ensuring the completed returns form is enclosed, and return to the address you will have been given.
Please ensure you obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept any responsibility for any packages lost in transit. |
